STEP 1: Visit wccusd.powerschool.com

STEP 2: How to set up a PowerSchool Account:

NOTE: If you have not created an account, you will need the PowerSchool Parent Sign-on Letter from your school, which contains instructions with Access ID and Password for your student. You will also need a valid email address.

STEP 3: Log in to your PowerSchool Parent Account

STEP 4: Click on the “Forms” Icon

STEP 5: Under the General Forms tab find:
“After School Program Application Form”

STEP 6: Complete all the information, sign and click submit.

Reminders:

  • Make sure you complete all the fields with a red asterisk *.
  • Make sure you select the 2023-2024 school year.
  • Sign you form and wait for confirmation from the Site Coordinator.

NOTA: Si usted no a creado una cuenta, usted necesitara una carta de la escuela de su hijo(a). Esta contiene instrucciones con un código de acceso y contraseña para su estudiante. También necesitara un correo electrónico valido.

PASO 3: Entre a su cuenta de padres en PowerSchool

PASO 4: Haga click en el Icono que dice Formas

PASO 5: Bajo la página de Formas generales, encuentre: “After School Program Application Form”

PASO 6: Complete toda la información, firme y haga click en entregar (submit.)

Recordatorios:

  • Asegúrese de completar todas las preguntas con un asterisco rojo*.
  • Asegúrese de seleccionar el año escolar 2023-2024.
  • Firme la forma y espere la confirmación del coordinador del programa.
